Chibuikem has led and worked on several donor and DFI funded climate development projects across sub-Saharan with development partners such as UK FCDO, USAID Power Africa, Shell Foundation, EU, UNDP, GEF, Heinrich Boell Stiftung, Rockefeller Foundation, UNEP, and UKPACT.
