Lili Gabadadze is a young Georgian professional with a diverse background in international relations, social media management, and project coordination. She is currently an intern in the Geopolitics Program at APRI and has recently completed an internship at Ashinaga in Tokyo, where she planned and executed projects for interns and alumni. In addition, Lili is a Social Media Manager for the Young Journal of European Affairs in Munich, implementing social media strategies and managing accounts.
Lili has extensive experience in election observation, having worked with the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) in Georgia and Hungary. She has also led departments of Project & Research Management at Awareness 360 in Malaysia, while enhancing their online presence and global outreach. Her previous roles include Administrative and executive assistant, and various positions with the American Councils for International Education in Georgia.
As an alumna of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program, Lili has written and won several American government-funded projects, showcasing her ability to develop and implement impactful initiatives. Her dedication to community service and leadership is recognized through numerous honors and awards, reflecting her commitment to fostering positive change and her exceptional skills in project management and communications.
Academically, Lili holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tbilisi State University, and is currently finishing a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Regensburg, supplemented by Erasmus+ exchange semesters in Denmark and Turkey. Her broad educational background and diverse professional experiences underline her expertise and dedication to her field.
