Hamza Denguezli is a Tunisian research analyst. At Just Result’s startup, ZGov he recently worked in the field with the private sector to mapping administrative procedures and then with government users of the ZForm solution to adapt it to their needs. Currently he is working on the production of an inventory that includes all the administrative procedures provided by the Government of Madagascar, and a set of standard operating procedures for agencies delivering documents such as birth certificates. The information captured in this inventory will be the main input to a government platform that will make the information related to the delivery of public services more transparent and accessible for the population. The methodology used to build the inventory will also serve as a basis for the national digitization initiative in line with citizens’ and businesses’ needs.
