Richard Calland is Director of CISL Africa – the Africa Programme of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. A member of the Independent High Level Expert Group on Climate Finance, he is also Emeritus Associate Professor at the University of Cape Town and Visiting Adjunct Professor at the University of Witwatersrand School of Governance.
