Patrick Stephenson is an economic consultant and the Senior Programmes Officer for International Budget Partnership in Ghana. He has consulted for bilateral, multilateral and multinational organizations in the areas of trade, public finance, market entry strategies and regulatory and financial compliance in 14 African markets. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow in Leadership and Civic Engagement, and a DANIDA Fellow on Aid Effectiveness in Africa.
