Yamingué Bétinbaye is a journalist, editor-in-chief of Journal Chrétien (La Rochelle, France) and lecturer at Emi Koussi University of N’Djamena (Chad) and the University of Moundou (Chad). He holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Ngaoundere, Cameroon, and a Master degree in Information Sciences form the University of N'Djamena, Chad. He is author, among others, of Géopolitique et gouvernance de l’eau de surface en Afrique centrale (L’Harmattan, 2019) and L’armée entre lutte anti-Covid-19 et lutte anti-terroriste dans la province du Lac (Tchad) (Paix et Sécurité en Afrique Subsaharienne Review, 2020).
