Nebahat Tanrıverdi Yaşar is a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Applied Turkey Studies (CATS) at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), focusing on Turkish defence and foreign policy, particularly in relation to Africa and the Middle East. Her research explores Turkey’s economic statecraft, defence cooperation, and multi-alignment strategies in regional and global politics.
