Ebipere K. Clark is a seasoned consultant specializing in capital markets, energy and infrastructure sectors, climate action policy and finance. He is the Managing Partner at Frontier-Alpha LLP and has held key advisory roles, including Special Adviser to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and Technical Adviser to the CEO of the Infrastructure Corporation of Nigeria (InfraCorp).
Ebipere has been instrumental in operationalizing significant infrastructure and financing facilities, including over $5.5 billion for renewable energy and power sector support in Nigeria. His expertise in energy transitions, climate finance, and infrastructure development is supported by his pivotal role in the 2013 Nigeria electricity market privatization and commercialization.
He holds a B.A. in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Design, Manufacture, and Management. His earlier career as a derivatives trader at Barclays Capital honed his financial acumen, which he now applies to structuring and funding sustainable projects.
Ebipere’s work focuses on integrating climate action into national development plans and legislation and on shaping policies for sustainable economic growth. He regularly advises governments, development institutions, and think tanks on energy, infrastructure, and climate financing and strategies.
