Sokhna Rosalie Ndiaye is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Division of Research and Scientific Cooperation at the Université Rose Dieng France–Sénégal in Dakar. She also serves as Scientific Director of the New Social Dynamics axis at LASPAD. Dr. Ndiaye holds a PhD in Public and Social Policy from Charles University in Prague, where she lectures on Theories of Governance. Her research focuses on policymaking and governance in the Global South, with current work examining social movements and democracy, participatory policymaking, and life course trajectories in low-income countries.
