Mulima is the Lead Researcher for the project in Zambia. Mulima Nyambe-Mubanga is a Research Fellow at the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR), working on aspects relating to Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Environmental Sustainability. She has over ten years of research and policy analysis experience. She is currently the Chairperson of the Technical Working Group formulating the National Green Growth Strategy (GGS) and a member of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group on the Review of the National Policy of Climate Change (NPCC). She holds a Master’s in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University, Sweden.
