Keith Martin has been working on project finance, risk mitigation and investment promotion in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Central Asia for over 25 years. Working with the African Development Bank’s Initiative for Risk Mitigation in Africa, he supports governments and private sector entities in their efforts to promote investments, financing and public-private partnership structures through better identification and structuring of risks.
