Stephen Oloh is the Web Coordinator at APRI, where he designs, builds, and maintains APRI's web infrastructure. He also leads the publication of research outputs, tools, and resources on the website, ensuring they are accessible and effectively presented. As a software engineer with over eight years of experience spanning Web Engineering, DevOps, Product Management, and AI (MCPs, Agents, Gateways), he turns complex ideas into production-ready software and tools that actually work for people.

Before joining APRI, Stephen worked in technology and knowledge-sector organizations, supporting workflow automation, system optimization, and digital strategy. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, has completed an M.Ed. in Educational Technology, and is completing a Master of Information Technology (MIT) with a research focus in AI.
